BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Reef Magic Cruises - "MARINE WORLD":

All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Down Under Cruise & Dive:

All monies forfeited unless we are notified 48 hours prior to departure. For passengers voluntarily leaving the vessel or withdrawing from a course after day one, there will be no refund. Cancellation of a dive course is fully refundable up until the end of day 1 only. Excluding deposit if paid. All Tours are subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. All dives are weather permitting and operate at the Captains discretion. No refund for incomplete dives. Should a cruise not operate for any such reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or refund for days lost only. The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in a group is not sufficient. A reef tax applies to all persons traveling to the Great Barrier Reef. This will be $20 and payable onboard. Please be aware that snorkelling and diving may be a strenuous activity. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire on board. Some existing medical conditions and / or the taking of certain medication may exclude the individual from in-water activities. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel. Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel. Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba cert card. In the interest of safety we recommend that you do not fly within 24hrs of last dive. Please consider wind strength or roughness of sea before booking. All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains /divers discretion. No refund for incompleted dives. No refund for passengers voluntarily leaving any vessel early. All monies forfeited if cancelling less than 48hrs prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Cruise Whitsundays:

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

Sailaway:

Full refund only applies with 24 hours notice of date adjustment or cancellation.

Jungle Tours:

Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Wildlife Coast Cruises:

Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary. Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Photography Tours:

All bookings are 100% Non Refundable – In case of not being able to attend you must contact us by no later than 24 hours before the date of the booked tour for possible transfer to next available tour. Bums On Seats Tours:

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Adventure Moreton Island:

If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Scenic Hinterland Day Tours:

Notice of 72 hours notice is required to receive any refund if YOU cancel your booking. Our company has the right to cancel bookings, substitute vehicle, alter itineraries, optional activities and prices without notice. Our company or any of their affiliates will not be responsible for any unforeseeable events or break downs which may effect or alter the contents of the tours described nor will they be responsible for any death, injuries or losses suffered while on board any of our vehicles or during transferring of passengers from vehicle to another vehicle, or during optional tour/s activities as you acknowledge that some of the activities have some risk/s factors. This company is not responsible for any goods left on the vehicles. Children 1-12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Under 1 years FREE. Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees: · More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person · Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater · Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater · Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Oz Whale Watching Sydney:

If you don't see whales you get a return trip free of charge. If cruise is cancelled by Oz Whale Watching then clients are entitled to a refund or reschedule for another day. If customer cancels within 48hrs of departure or no shows, no refund is available.

Total loss of fare for cancellation within 24 hours of departure 50% loss of fare within 48 hours of departure

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.
